About Buffum Realty

Buffum Realty (formerly Pedden Acres Real Estate) is a locally owned office that was founded by Don Napsey, a leader in real estate industry. Don had owned and operated other offices and in 2006 started Pedden Acres Real Estate.

In January, 2010 Don turned the reins over to Julie Buffum. Julie has worked with Don since 2008 and under Don’s tutelage became the candidate Don was looking for to take over the business.

The office has continued to grow both internally and externally moving to a larger location in Springfield with much room for growth.

Julie looks forward to expanding her team and reaching out to more buyers and sellers to help them with their real estate needs.
